All items that you purchased from GoUrban.net are made in accordance with our Return and Shipping Agreement. You acknowledge and understand whenever you purchase items from us that you have agreed to our Terms and all our Policies and Procedures including those set forth below . All orders that are shipped from us using UPS as the carrier, are provided with a tracking number after 3-4 business days. Therefore, whenever you place an order with us, you agree to use the UPS tracking system as the final absolute proof in assessing whether or not a package was delivered to you. If however, the system shows that you did not receive the order then, it remains our responsibility to get a replacement package to you. If on the other hand it is shown that the package was delivered, then we are not liable for any claims. If needed, the carrier can submit a photocopy of the delivery receipt, which we will forward to you showing the confirmation of the delivery, which will include the date it was delivered, and the signature of the person who received the order. We may however, at our own discretion, file a denial of signature claim with the carrier, which can take up to two weeks. This we will do if we can and GoUrban.net does NOT guarantee or warrant nor do we make any representation that any such action will be taken by us. We will not be liable or responsible for any claims if the address that was given to us when you made your purchase was incorrect or you moved while your order was sent to a former address. For undelivered items, please read below. This Agreement commences at the time of shipment and ends upon our delivery of the order to your address through our UPS carrier.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undelivered. We will refund you your money (excluding shipping charges) for the item purchased by providing a store coupon credit or send you your refund directly. If you would however, still like to purchase items that were undelivered, you are welcome to place another order. For reasons of not receiving your orders can be found at the Help Center.
GoUrban.net at this time only ships to addresses in the Unites States, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam. We may expand to ship internationally in the near future.
At GoUrban.net, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We'll happily accept the return or replacement of an unworn, saleable item of a defective, non-defective, damaged or items sent in error. Every order that is shipped from us is fully insured against loss, pilferage and damage. We will waive the restocking fee and refund shipping costs, if the wrong item was sent by error from us. REFUND : If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days. We will be more than happy to replace your item subject to availability or refund you your money within this time period (except shipping and handling). All merchandise that you purchase from us must meet the following conditions listed below, in order for it qualify for return acceptance. We only accept returns within the 30 days after you received your order. These 30 days begins from the day of your delivery. Please to contact us within this time. If you qualify, base on the criteria given below, contact us immediately by email at return@GoUrban.net Do NOT return any merchandise without authorization. Our contact postal address is NOT for return merchandise. Return merchandise that meet our conditions will be given instructions through our email of what procedure to follow. All return items must have an accompanying Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. You will be given this number through your email instructions. We will waive the restocking fee and refund shipping costs, only if the wrong item was sent by error from us or if the item is defective. Non-defective merchandise return will incur 20% restocking fee and all Shipping and Handling Cost will be at your own expense. GoUrban.net is not responsible for any damage or lost to the goods during the return, so we recommend that the return shipment be insured and traceable by you. If it is a defective or an item sent in error, we will send UPS to come and pickup the package.. NOTE: All returns that do not meet the conditions described in the return policy will be returned to the sender and shipping cost of such return will be charged to you.
The purchaser must contact us immediately or within the prescribe time given above in order for timely response. Please take the time to explain the defective item/s received with addition to; your full name , address, item number and the reference number. Defective merchandise for return must be in its original package containing all original packaging material that was sent with it. Please, not to place any marks or defaced the original package.
All merchandise must be in its original package for return. If an item inner pack is broken, it is not returnable. All merchandise for return along with its package and inner pack must not display any markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. All merchandise for return must be in a new saleable condition and should not show any signs of being damaged due to modification, accident, neglect, misuse, or abuse. If the merchandise is not in a saleable condition, it will not qualify for a return. NOTE: Non-defective merchandise return will incur 20% restocking fee and ALL Shipping and Handling Cost will be at your own expense. We are not responsible for shipping costs and/or lost packages returned to us.
If such an incident should occur, please contact us immediately at sales@GoUrban.net explaining the damaged involved. Please to provide us with your name, address, the date of shipment of your order, the item purchased and the reference number of the item. This information will allow us to prepare a claim report from the carrier. We will in most cases, offer you an exchange on most products.
This rarely happens but, if you don’t receive your shipment by a given time, contact us immediately and provide us with your name and the information on your confirmation order receipt. We will use this to initiate a tracer with the carrier. This will take a 10-day waiting period for UPS and a 30-day waiting period for USPS before they will accept a tracer. Nevertheless, we will refund or replace your order. Please remember that you can track your order at our Site using your tracking number given to you ( usually after 3-4 days). This tracking is only available if your carrier is UPS. Also, please read our SHIPMENT TRACKING AGREEMENT above. If you should receive your shipment please notify us immediately so we can close our file claim.
Even though our stock status of products is 95% high, regrettable out of stock items sometimes might occur. This could be due to a high demand for the product by customers and even though, it was available at the time of purchase there might arise a shortage. Regrettably, we do not back- orders. We will inform you immediately if such an event should occur. We will give you the option of refunding you your money or give you a store credit in the form of a coupon credit code send to you via email. The refund in this case includes your Shipping and Handling charges. You can then use this for a reorder when the item is back in stock or you may use it to purchase something else you might like.
We have always shipped orders on time but, should any unforeseen event occur while processing your order for shipment, we will notify you about such delay. You will then be given the option to cancel your order or to wait until whatever causes the delay, to be rectified. However, we will assume that you want the order fulfilled if you do not notify us after you have been notified that the product ship date will be delayed.
If you need to cancel an order you need to contact us immediately after your purchase. This goes mainly for Mail Orders that might not have been processed yet due to the time it will take to reach us. Once an order is placed online our Merchant Account Provider automatically processes it and our Warehouse is then immediately notified of the order for shipment. Once this happens, a cancellation cannot be stopped at this stage. Nevertheless, contact us but, that doesn’t mean that we guarantee or warrant any cancellation. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause you. If you need to return the item you will need to follow our Return Policy.
If you’re shipping address differs from the credit card/check holder’s address. We may contact you (the card/check holder) for verification. However, we are not responsible or liable for unauthorized use of your credit Card on our site for purchasing any products. We have also laid down certain policy to prevent this from happening in our Terms and conditions but, this does not prevent such mishap from happening. Make sure you keep track of your credit card billing summary and go through it religiously. If you see an item that you are not sure or certain that you have purchase from us, contact us immediately so we can verify if such an order was placed.
If your billing address is different from that which is on the card you may be asked to send us a photo copy of the credit card, your signature and your credit card number authorizing the transaction. This will help to ensure that all orders placed through the Internet or the mail is valid. This will prevent our highly valued customers as well as us from fraudulent activities. We put our customers first in all things. **Note** We have all rights, at our own discretion, to reject or refuse any order placed on our site that we feel is suspicious or if the billing address doesn't correspond with that on the credit card.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except PO Boxes. II. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
UPS requires a physical address to delivery your package (order) and does not deliver to PO Box addresses. USPS will automatically be the carrier use to delivery orders to PO Boxes. USPS delivery will take a longer time to arrive to you and it does not include a tracking number. III. Rush Delivery
Customers can have their orders ship to them through DHL Rush Delivery. This option is available at the checking out process where you can request this method of shipping.Orders sent by this method should arrive in 3 to 4 business days after leaving the warehouse.
a. Orders confirmation All orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. After an order is placed successfully, you will receive an automated email confirmation at your email address given. This will include your; name, order number, reference number, the name of the item (s) ,the number of items purchased, Shipping information, shipping Method, Order Total and Payment Method. A tracking number is usually available after 3-4 business days. This number will be sent to you at your request. Please allow at least 4 business days before requesting a tracking number. We will email you when this number is available.
b. Shipping A $2.50 handling service charge is applied for all orders under $25.00. This service charge is NOT for shipping but rather an addition to the shipping and handling cost if, the order is below $25.00.This service charge helps to defray the cost of packing and handling small orders.
The shipping and handling fee for Mail Orders may differ slightly from that which is online. We offer two purchasing methods each on its own payment terms. Online shopping may sometimes charge a flat shipping rate for all orders which maybe $6.50. This is not final and may include a higher shipping and handling charges or it maybe modified anytime to include different charges based on the total purchased amount.

Every product you buy from our web site must be free of defects or you may return it for a replacement or if a replacement is not available, a total refund of your money including the shipping charges . No Product may be returned without first contacting us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at return@GoUrban.net. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. If however, after we receive the product and it is found otherwise, it will be sent back to you at your own expense. Damage to a product caused by modification, accident, neglect, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. All products for return must be in its original package containing all original packaging material that was sent with it and must not display any markings or be otherwise defaced. We only accept returns within the 30 days after you received your order. This 30 Days begins from the day of your delivery.
Once you have obtained an RMA number from GoUrban.net, you must, within thirty (30) days, send the product to us. Our contact postal address is NOT for return merchandise. Instructions will be given through our email of what procedure to follow. Please to make note of the following: 1.You must include proof of the date of original retail purchase as evidence that the product is within the applicable warranty period. 2.You must include the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package. If you send your product to the assigned return address without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you unopened.
